HOW TO MAKE MAGAJ LADDOS IN VERY EASY STEPS LEARN HOW TO COOK IN VERY EASY WAY

 1. Ingredients You’ll Need:



1 cup besan (gram flour)


½ cup ghee (clarified butter)


¾ cup powdered sugar


1 tsp cardamom powder


1 tbsp milk (optional)


2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios)


2. Roast the Besan:


Heat ghee in a heavy-bottom pan. Add besan and roast on low flame. Stir constantly till it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. This takes 12–15 minutes.


3. Add Milk (Optional):


Add 1 tbsp milk for a slightly grainy texture. Stir well for another minute.


4. Cool the Mixture:


Once roasted, turn off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly (not completely cold, just warm).


5. Mix Sugar and Flavor:


Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix thoroughly so no lumps remain. Add chopped dry fruits at this stage.


6. Shape into Laddoos:


Grease your hands with ghee. While the mixture is still warm, take small portions and shape them into round laddoos.


7. Set and Store:


Let laddoos cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Stays fresh for up to 2 weeks.
